Villa Punta Prima
Located in the heart of Orihuela Costa, just south of Torrevieja, Villa Punta Prima offers five beautifully designed rooms with a soothing and harmonious touch. All rooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The décor is carefully selected. When we renovated and created the rooms, we tried to preserve as much as possible — old doors became headboards, and the old garage door became an interior wall.

The Rooms
Each room has been individually designed, preserving the soul of the villa while offering modern hotel-standard comfort. All rooms include a private bathroom, balcony or patio, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, and air conditioning.

Converted from the original garage, this contemporary room sits right next to the pool. Industrial meets comfort — with original architectural details preserved.

Beyond the rooms, the villa offers generous shared spaces designed for gathering. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounges, and sun-drenched terraces - everything you need to unwind together.
Kithcen
The heart of the villa
Fully equipped black kitchen with site cast concrete slabs. The kitchen
has, among other things, two refrigerators, freezer, oven, stove,
dishwasher and microwave. Here you have rustic and durable floors and
walls. The ceiling is made of black bamboo. Through the glass door
reaches the laundry room of the house

The Dining Room
Gather around the table for shared meals and good conversation. The dining area seats the whole group comfortably — whether it's a casual breakfast or a long evening dinner with wine and candlelight. Designed with both function and atmosphere in mind, the space flows naturally between the kitchen and the outdoor terrace, making it easy to move the evening outside when the Spanish nights are warm enough. Some of the best moments at the villa happen right here — unhurried, around a full table.

Step outside and into the best of the Costa Blanca climate. The heated pool is the natural centrepiece — surrounded by sun loungers, lush greenery, and enough space to both relax in silence and gather as a group. When the sun dips lower, the terraces come alive.
